1 Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using LYNCK's YouTube subscriber growth services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and LYNCK ("we," "us," or "our").

2 Service Description

LYNCK provides done-for-you YouTube subscriber acquisition services through Google Ads campaigns. Our Services include:

• Channel and audience analysis
• Custom Google Ads campaign creation and management
• Targeted subscriber acquisition
• Campaign optimization and performance reporting

3 What We Deliver

When you purchase a plan, you are purchasing a targeted advertising campaign designed to acquire subscribers for your YouTube channel. We commit to:

• Running professionally managed Google Ads campaigns
• Targeting audiences relevant to your channel's niche
• Delivering the subscriber count specified in your purchased plan
• Providing campaign performance updates

4 What We Do NOT Guarantee

While we are confident in our ability to deliver subscribers, the following are explicitly NOT guaranteed:

• Monetization: We do not guarantee YouTube Partner Program acceptance. Monetization requires 1,000 subscribers AND 4,000 watch hours — we can help with subscribers but cannot guarantee watch hours.
• Watch Hours: While real subscribers may watch your content, we do not guarantee any specific watch time.
• Engagement Rates: Subscriber engagement depends on your content quality and consistency.
• Revenue: We make no claims about income, sponsorships, or revenue you may earn.
• Subscriber Retention: Some subscriber churn is normal on any channel.

5 Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful campaign delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate YouTube channel information
• Ensure your channel complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Maintain active, published content on your channel during the campaign
• Not engage in any activity that could get your channel terminated
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Not run conflicting subscriber acquisition campaigns simultaneously

Channel Eligibility

Your channel must:

• Be in good standing with YouTube (no active strikes)
• Have at least 1 published video
• Not contain content that violates YouTube policies
• Not be a children's channel (COPPA restrictions)

6 Payment Terms

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• All sales are subject to our Refund Policy

7 Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your YouTube channel and content. We do not claim any ownership of your channel, videos, or brand.

We retain ownership of our campaign strategies, methodologies, and proprietary systems.

8 Confidentiality

We agree to keep your channel information and campaign details confidential. We may use anonymized, aggregate data for case studies or marketing purposes, but will not identify you or your channel without written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Services
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for any actions taken by YouTube, including algorithm changes, policy updates, or account terminations
• We are not responsible for content you create or any claims related to your channel

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LYNCK harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of YouTube's Terms of Service
• Content on your YouTube channel
• Any third-party claims related to your channel

11 Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services if:

• Your channel violates YouTube's Terms of Service
• You provide false or misleading information
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Your channel contains harmful, illegal, or prohibited content

12 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

13 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Your continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
