Refund Policy

Subscriber Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of the subscriber count specified in your purchased plan. If we fail to deliver, you're eligible for a refund.

1 Our Commitment

At LYNCK, we stand behind our service. We commit to delivering the number of subscribers specified in your purchased plan through compliant Google Ads campaigns. If we cannot deliver what we promised, we make it right.

2 Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

Client fails to respond to communications for 14+ days No refund

3 What's NOT Covered

Refunds are not available for the following reasons:

  • Monetization not achieved: We deliver subscribers, not watch hours. Monetization requires both — we can only help with one.
  • Lower engagement than expected: Engagement depends on your content quality and posting consistency.
  • Subscriber churn: Some natural unsubscribing is normal on all channels and is not grounds for a refund.
  • YouTube algorithm changes: We cannot control YouTube's platform decisions.
  • Change of mind: Once a campaign is underway and delivering subscribers, refunds are not available.
  • Channel termination: If YouTube terminates your channel due to policy violations you committed, no refund is available.
  • Dissatisfaction with niche fit: If subscribers match the targeting criteria but you feel they're "not your audience," this is not grounds for refund — targeting is based on the information you provide.

Important: By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that we deliver subscribers, not guaranteed outcomes like monetization, revenue, or engagement rates.

4 Refund Timeline

If you're eligible for a refund:

  • Processing time: Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank

5 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. 1 Email us at info@lynckstudio.pro with subject line "Refund Request"
  2. 2 Include your order number or email used at purchase
  3. 3 Provide your YouTube channel URL
  4. 4 Explain the reason for your refund request
  5. 5 Include any relevant screenshots or documentation

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6 Partial Delivery

If we deliver subscribers but fall short of the promised amount:

  • We will first attempt to complete delivery through extended campaign run time
  • If full delivery is not possible, we will offer a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion
  • Example: If you purchased 5,000 subscribers and we delivered 4,000, you would receive a 20% refund

7 Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Termination of services
  • Inability to purchase from us in the future
  • Potential collection action for services rendered

8 Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion. Any exception made does not obligate us to make similar exceptions in the future.
